ethingsource 0 Posted June 8, 2011 Hey, guys, I really want to know if this kind of DVR system can be used as a spy camera at home? A "SC189 Photograph Vehicle Mount Video Recorder Camcorder with Audio & Night Vision" from Pickegg, $40.49 with no freight cost. Sorry, I can not post link here, you can just search by yourself. Thank you. It seems so cute, and I have no car and other Vehicle devices, and I think it is much better than my home SPY devices. How do you think?

Soundy 1 Posted June 8, 2011 A "spy" camera, by definition, is covert or at least inconspicuous... this thing is neither.
ethingsource 0 Posted June 9, 2011 However, it really originally designed for Vehicle, and there was several people have already bought it, see the reviews here: [mod edit: store link removed]
Soundy 1 Posted June 9, 2011 You asked if it could be used as a spy camera at home... you're not going to be "spying" very effectively with it, as it's rather big and noticeable.
