During the holidays I purchased a kit, 1- PTZ, 1-dome and 6-bullet cameras to work with a XP computer. Upon installing the PTZ we got the message that microsoft wouldn't accept the drivers or software, but we accepted the over ride of the program. Long story short DH put up the PTZ without checking as the video stated the defaults were the already what was programmed. This past weekend the camera was taking down due to no picture and we found an issue with support helped us with, TY! We now have a picture but the software now doesn't for this camera and a new card RS 485 is on order. All the other cameras work great! So we are looking for different software for the DVR-DC3208 other than what was supplied and would like to find the software that their video has?

Or something that will work with this card and the 480TVL 27 X zoom PTZ? TIA

you may find it better to just buy a control unit for your PTZ
