mikeysoft 0 Posted June 20, 2011 Hi, I had cameras 1 & 2 installed and have now added cameras 3 & 4. These are showing up fine in Geovision, recording OK, etc., however they are not selectable through the webcam server. I've restarted Geovision, the webcam server, and IE, but 3 & 4 never show up! Have been through the webcam server options and Geovision options and can't see a way of enabling 3 & 4 for the webcam. (I assumed any enabled cameras would show up in the webcam server) Please can someone help? Thanks Mike Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ruairi 0 Posted June 20, 2011 Go into General settings, passwords. Look at the webcam tab for the username that you are connecting to remotely, make sure the new cameras are checked in there. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Adam Daley 0 Posted June 20, 2011 Yeah what he said. If you setup a new username with 2 cameras disabled, those 2 cameras will stay disabled, even if you add two new ones. You have to add them to your user account again. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
