010626 0 Posted June 20, 2011 Hi. My last set up was an avtech 791 and I choose it because I would check the event triggers by my iPhone 4. So, the events list appears on eagleeyes and it's correct, but if I try to playback an event a message shows "no data to display". I tried on a samsung android tablet and It works perfectly. On another iphone 3 (same eagleeyes version and same carrier sim card) it works! My bandwith (both dvr and iphone is plenty enough). I tried to email (4 times!) avtech tech services and they asked my to check bandwith, then they asked me the userid:pwd to check dvr but they never entered in. After 3 weeks they told me to download the newest version (which fixed some other troubles nothing like my one ) of eagleyes but... nothing changed. Anything more to try before changing dvr (and, of course, the brand of dvr)? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Leohuangdi 0 Posted June 21, 2011 Then with your iphone 4 you can connect normally and see live video, you can also see the list of the playback but cannot play them, right? Did you try with 3G and wireless connection? What is the firmware of your dvr? What is the last version of eagleeyes you installed? Can you send me the link to your dvr?
