This is the message that pops up when i go to start geovision. So i installed 8.1.2 but the same message still pops up. I have been trying to get this to work for the last 3 days please help!! Todd 0 Posted June 23, 2011 How old is your GV-800 Did you uninstall the drivers? and then reinstall? Or did you uninstall the program and reinstal? First screen that pops up with CD is to install/un-install drivers. Check that first. Once uninstalled, if you go into device manager in windows, you should see a yellow mark showing an unknown device. Then install new drivers and then software.
