sparklers258 0 Posted June 24, 2011 I'm not terribly good at this, so excuse terminology. I have had a CCTV camera up for a couple of years, at suggestion of police, because of nasty neighbour. There was an incident recently which I would like to be able to download onto my laptop, put on a disk, and give to the police. When I connect the hardrive to the laptop, and open the cctv window on my laptop, the menu opens, but when I type in what I think the password is, (not been changed since I got it) it says it's not valid. It's the 'admin' one. How do I figure out how I can do this? And what do I do next? The shop I bought it from has gone out of business, so no help there, and when I asked two local companies for help their charges were over 140 pounds which is beyond me.
