SEANHAWG 1 Posted June 25, 2011 This is gonna sound like a pretty basic recommendation, but is there an option on the remote software to "Open the Cameras"?
White.Stacey 0 Posted June 25, 2011 In this web interface it's "connect" but its the same thing as open the cams. thanx though
rory 0 Posted June 25, 2011 Make sure the ActiveX installed properly, and the codecs. Without the codecs wont see any video. Also if you are using IE9 lots of DVR's IE interface are not compatible yet. Can you see video with the desktop software? Whats the name of the software? White.Stacey 0 Posted June 25, 2011 Ive tried your suggestions. Ive installed a whole bunch of codec packages and downgraded to ie8. I already had the active x controls installed and lowered the security settings for them, but i did it again after the ie downgrade, still nothing. I cant see the video on the software either. Its only refered to as "Remote Management Software". Thanx for the suggestions guys, anything else?
andyamro 0 Posted January 26, 2013 It seems that your laptop or desktop don't have display driver installed on it.
