nocturnal59 0 Posted June 25, 2011 Is there a way to get better resolution out of multiview. When i right click and check resolution it says 320x240. I also view a GV-FE420D IP camera through multiview and it shows up as 320x240. I know i can go direct to ip camera but is there a way to view full resoltion through multiview? Thanks
Harrar 0 Posted June 29, 2011 Try closing the Webserver on the Geovision system and restarting. Before pressing OK, go to the Video tab and select something other than Normal (320x240). Medium is 640x480, Large is 720x480 and Actual Size would be for your Megapixel camera.
Adam Daley 0 Posted July 10, 2011 Thats under the AV Settings tab i believe under Advanced Video setting, its near the top of that av menu. Where you can set the resolution. Then make sure under your actual camera setting its recording at the higher resolution. Also theres a spot in there somewhere where yuo can tell it what modes to allow webcam to stream in...yeah i know im a big help right... sorry but just not in front of a DVR, but its in there. boblobsta 0 Posted July 11, 2011 Harrar described it perfectly. What your talking about adam is an overall video setting, which is normally quite high by default. Whereas the 'webcam' settings are quite low by default (especially for LAN use). Cheers, Bob W
