web service problem

i use windows 7 and i can access the web service but the photo and text is not in there place and all the buttons is not working, if try to access via windows xp it's work correctly, the webrec version is 2

it wont work in Firefox without the IE plugin as it is ActiveX.

Also it wont work in IE9 yet.
