Dico 800 - Setup help

Hi all, i hope somebody can help with a undoubtably silly problem.

 

I am setting up a basic CCTV system as a proof on concept in work using a cheap DVR card from ebay and an old CCTV camera (BNC connector).

 

However when following the install instructions with the download from http://www.duncansonline.ca/FAQs/DicoFaq.htm i find the manual does not match up to the program.

 

In the manual the set up menu has options for Video input method, communication, PTZ setup, etc, etc. But when i click setup in the program all i get are tick box options for use siren, unattended by tcp/ip, PSTN, etc etc in a much smaller menu box. Is there something i am missing?
