Blitzkrieg 0 Posted July 19, 2011 I currently have an Everfocus EDVR16-D1. I am a Mac guy and don't want to deal with IE anymore. I am looking for a decent hybrid DVR around $1k that has good resolution and works well on Macs. The Dahua DH-DVR1604HE-T-4H looks really good. Is that a reliable brand? rory 0 Posted July 25, 2011 I use the Dahua DVRs but havent used their hybrids, from what I can tell it might be pretty limited as to which IP cameras will work with it, plus I think its only something like 4 IP cameras and the rest CCTV. They do have desktop software for Mac, not browser based though. I rarely use IE myself, mostly always use the desktop software, it will always be more powerful.
