maddog 0 Posted July 24, 2011 Hi guys, I am making a few changes to my CCTV system at home and dug out some gear I had in a box which I'd like to use. Only problem is the cable on the camera I'd like to use is broken and I'm not sure about where to get a replacment plug or cable. I don't have a lot of info on the camera but have taken a few photos that I had hoped someone might be able to help me identify. Any info would be great, thanks. HTElectrical 0 Posted July 24, 2011 The red and black wire is for the power, more than likely 12v DC. You don't need to replace the cable, just splice it to a 12v DC power supply.
mujju_433 0 Posted July 24, 2011 Also there will be a signal level on the camera itself , to make sure you have the signal level above >=50DB , if not then the video will not be visible to you
