Machineman 0 Posted July 29, 2011 I have a new Vivotek FD8134v camera and wanted to ask about some things that are either issues or the camera just doesn't have the option. 1. Can the homepage be configured in still mode? I need this to reduce Mobil WAN bandwidth. 2. Is there a way to input the Subject text for triggered emails? 3. Email config has the SSL option but its not working with gmail. 4. Whats the trick in getting SD card recordings longer then a couple seconds. Time setting don't seem to matter. Im using Stream1; JPEG, quality excellent, 20fps. 5. Even though I get above the Motion detection threshold (red bars) the trigger does not recorded all but 10% of the time, Why? Buggy software?
