Battery, camera, car and PIR

I have the car in the parking. I would like to put a miniature camera. The problem is that I want to last as much as possible the battery.

 

I found a camera with PIR and DVR.

It says that its battery can last up to 20 days because it only activates when the pir motion is detected.

 

Is this possible with a camera of better quality, greater battery (longer) and more Camouflaged.
