Can't login with Video E Server or Eagle Eyes

Hi All

I've got an Avtech 760 which has been woring great for months but now I can't view using Video E Server or Eagle Eyes but I can via the web browser.

 

Both were working on Friday then BAM not working Saturday. I haven't changed anything my end has anyone any ideas please?
