Problem in simultaneous viewing Hikvision DVR on the net

I am facing a problem with a 16 channel Hikvision DVR 7316.

 

Not more than 2 people can view the DVR on the net simultaneously. Whenever a third person tries to log in, he gets an error message.

 

Is there a solution to this problem??

only 24 channel can view from dvr and only 6 users can connected.

if user 1 view 16ch, than 2 user can view 24-16=8 ch

1st user view 8ch, 2nd view 4ch, 3 can view 24-8-4=12

if you need view more channel and more user - use Stream Media Server v2.0 and iVMS
