jonbbrad 0 Posted August 1, 2011 My company took over a job where they want a dome Camera to display on the TV's in a bar. The person before me sold them a speco Hd1d316 dome camera and had it going into a Key Digital scaler hooked up to the composite in. Realizing that didn't work we installed a HD-sdi to HDMI converter to go to the TV but we still have no video. We are using a Aja HI5-Ro to do the conversion. The camera does work on it's installer composite output but we have not seen a Hd picture from the thing yet..... Any idea or tips you can pass along??? Soundy 1 Posted August 2, 2011 I don't see anything stating that AJA box is HDcctv compliant - HDcctv is a specific subset of SDI and the box may simply not recognize the camera's output. Why not just use a camera with HDMI out? There are a number of IP cams that fit the bill, or just use a consumer HD camcorder.
