Possible DVR Card conflict with Video Card Drivers

Recommended Posts

I have a Videosecu PCI DVR card (http://www.amazon.com/VideoSecu-Channel-Security-Surveillance-Capture/dp/B0044R75JE) it works very nicely, not when I installed a graphic card, Sapphire ATI 5570's driver. I have 3 slots, 1 dvi, 1 vga, and 1 hdmi. When the drivers for the graphic card is not installed, I can plug in a monitor to any one of them, and I can view the camera with the software that came with videosecu on the computer, but when I install the graphic's driver, I am unable to view the camera on the computer...BUT it is running. I can use remote view and webview from another computer or on a network outside my own, and I can view the camera perfectly. But on the computer running the pci dvr, it shows me a black screen. If I alternatively click on full screen and minimize the screen, a STILL image of the camera shows up.

I have tried many different drivers with the my graphic card from the newest to the oldest that supported the hdmi audio. I want to be able to hook this with the computer. If I don't install the graphics driver, I can view the camera from my tv and monitor, but I won't have audio. If I install the drivers, I am unable to view the camera off the computer, but I will have audio. Note if I use remote view or webview, I can view it with either having graphics driver or not.

I am trying to look for a solution to this. I wish I had another graphic card to try, but currently do not. Any suggestions would be appreciated! I really like the videosecu card too, and do not want to replace it... or the graphic card.
