IE9 Error - H.264 Access to EagleEyes DVR

I have a new Eagleeyes 4C H.264 DVR and when I access the unit via the Web, I get an Unknown Error after logging in and cannot view any video. I can see video with the Quicktime plug-in but get nothing with the H.264 plug-in.

maybe you would like to try IE8 and below, so far i had encounter some DVR issue with IE9.

i can log-in, but no image appear.

Agreed, there are known issues with some DVR software and browser compatibility.

IE 8 or below is recommended.
