flame 0 Posted August 11, 2011 hi guys,i have fuho dvr http://www.fuho.com.tw/PRODUCT/DVR/16CH/HA-2616A-1.html like this one but its 9ch and triplex (not pentaplex like this one),i have connected the dvr to the network,i made all settings to the router,made dyndns,but i have problem,everything works i can access the software of the dvr remotely by the local ip and outside(internet ip),but when i use the software to see the cameras (the software is called netviewer) i can see them from the local ip but i can't connect to the dvr from the outside ip(now dyndns).its weird that i can access to the dvr system software throw the web,but i cant see the cameras throw the software.i have installed this model of dvr several times at different places and i didn't had this problem.here is the problem what pop's up http://imageshack.us/f/834/dvrc.jpg/ ,and the dyndns to try anyone if want http://pumpatetovo.dyndns.org/ anyone can help me ? thanks ahead Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

flame 0 Posted August 11, 2011 its an software,if you open the dyndns http://pumpatetovo.dyndns.org/ you enter to the dvr internal software,you cant view the cameras throw a browser ,you need an software,you can download it from the dyndns,and click netviewer,and then you can view the cameras throw the software,you press the two laptops button on the right panel from the software,then you write the dyndns at the ip add.,the user id is admin,and the password is 1111,the port is 5000 and connect,but doesnt work,it opens the dyndns at the browser but not with the software xD Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tomcctv 190 Posted August 11, 2011 you need an software,you can download it from the dyndns,and click netviewer but in your image you used firefox to goto the dyndns. and not I.E. mdineen 0 Posted August 14, 2011 Hi. Do you mean that you can view over internet through browser after it installs plugin, but you cannot view using standalone software? If so, you need to open port 5000 in your router for the IP address of your DVR. Port 80 is probably open already so the browser method works, but if 5000 is not open, the standalone software will not work Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
