GeoVision_Tate 0 Posted August 26, 2011 Hi ayalas, with GV1480 card and v8.4, you can consider most of the following GV IP cameras: http://www.geovision.com.tw/english/3_1_IPcam.asp However, not all models are supported. So we strongly recommend upgrading to v8.5. To enquire v8.5, please submit a download request to download@geovision.com.tw Alternatively, you can also consider our supported 3rd party IP cameras: http://www.geovision.com.tw/english/4_21.asp Please note that for 3rd party IP cameras, a dongle is required. If you do not have one, please contact sales@geovision.com.tw. Tate

Night vision works well in my situation, because there as a street light nearby. The only HUGE problem I'm having, is trying to get the 8.5 download. I've submitted 3 requests to Geovision, and have heard nothing yet. Is Geo's tech normally this lousy? Just curious...

I submitted 3 requests and a follow email over the course of two weeks and never received a reply. I happened to check yesterday and the chat was up so I asked and got a link and a login.
