Hard to say, I would almost say there is moisture in a housing, causing condensing, is steam involved at all or heat or cold

That;s gotta be that the lens is dirty, go up there and clean it, or it could also be that the lens is out of focus?

Is it an auto iris lens, if so did you focus it with the iris fully open, either using a filter or with the lighting at its minimum.

First has lack of edge definition, and the second certainly looks like condensation on the lens elements or imager.

Can be several thing leak, dirty, lense out of focus. Give some more information

think the first has a smudged lense could be on inside or outside of lense but its close to clear. 2nd is steam or the likes is that a spa in the middle of the pic?
