Another new guy - DVR2400 question

Hello folks !

 

I'm a computer guy, not a surveillance systems guy. I just had to reformat a Windows computer for a client and install DVR2400 software. I've set up frame rates of 15fps for most and 5fps for a couple of cameras and Motion Detection on all cameras (11 cameras are operational out of a possible 16). All seems to be good except for the following error which occurs at some time each night:

 

"Some of cameras (Cx) have zero frame rates."

 

The "x" in "(Cx)" is a camera number which varies with each reported error. There is more to the error message but I can't remember it exactly.

 

Any ideas?
