The long range reader and parking controller makes a RFID pakring system, parking controller is in charge of collecting RFID card data from reader and open the barrier if the RFID card is authorized, parking controller's module number is GKA3001. Hand free/long range RFID parking means the barrier could rasies up automatically when vehicle approaches and away at about a few meters, the optional readers are: 433MHz, 902-928MHz, 2.4G etc, the distance is determined by reader's performance, such as 3-5 meters, 5-7 meters, 10-15 meters, and so on and so forth. There are 2 types of RFID tags, active and passive, active tag is embeded with battery so it is much energized and can penetrate anti-sunshine film on windscreen, passive tag is unable to penetrate anti-sunshine film so passive tag is recommended to be placed behind the area of rear mirror on front windscreen. Hand free/long range RFID parking system can handle 1 lane or multiple lanes parking lots, working with PC or without PC is available, which means the parking access control events could be stored in controller itself or Host PC database.
