onzlow 0 Posted August 23, 2011 hi, newbie hear so sorry if im in the wrong section i have a bbv tx1000 connected to 2 dennard 2050's that go through 2 rx400's or sometihin like that not 100% about the rx cards name but it all works great, ive had the system a year or two and use an old pc and ebay dvr card to monitor video and record etc, is it possible to use the cams as ip cams with a different dvr card and utilising the network looking port on the tx1000 ? i bearly know anything about protocols but ill figure it out if its poss, also if poss what type of card where from and whats the best software to use,id like to check my cams from my smart phone ultimatly so am i dreaming or is it possable for not to much money lol chears in advance for any time taken to reply Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
SDM Group 0 Posted September 2, 2011 The Tx and RX modules are for transmitting dome control signal (RS485) and are not ethernet.
