qman 0 Posted July 27, 2005 ************Hubell David Duncombe of Hampton Road off Faith Avenue north was accused of entry by night, causing harm, stealing and damage. It is alleged that the 27-year-old broke and entered the home of Shemona Johnson on July 17 at about 3 a.m. On the same date, it is alleged that he caused harm to Ms Johnson and stole a black Ford Explorer valued at $18,000. Further it is alleged that he caused $3,463 in material damage to the home. Duncombe pleaded not guilty to all charges and was granted bail in the sum of $3,500. The case will continue on December 5. ********* Damm, no wonder the bahamas is going down hill. Sheet, he would have gotten a $100,000 bail or most likely remanded for those charges, and if convicted, 7-10 years behind bars. well, that;s over here.
