rory 0 Posted August 24, 2011 (edited) I know, Ive seen it but everywhere I go they say its discontinued or special built to order that could take 1-2 months Going with my idea though, we could use any color and bw camera, including IP I think hardest thing is finding a photocell controlled video switchover .... or maybe im searching for the wrong thing .. I have found one made for RC devices but thats only for power. Edited November 4, 2011 by Guest
rory 0 Posted August 24, 2011 (edited) other issue with that camera is the widest lens option is 6mm. Edited November 4, 2011 by Guest
Go3Team 0 Posted August 24, 2011 I have found one made for RC devices but thats only for power. Could probably have it power a relay, when it has power, one camera works, when not powered, the other camera works.
rory 0 Posted August 24, 2011 (edited) Still need a way to switch the video from 2 inputs to 1 video output. Some kind of module video switcher or something. I searched before and was hard to find anything that could fit in a housing. Edited November 4, 2011 by Guest

I searched before and was hard to find anything that could fit in a housing. Back in the day we had this thing on the back of the TV. You would slide it one direction to play Atari or watch something from the VCR, or watch TV from the antenna. Someone with proper electronics knowledge could probably build a "solid state" version of that.
