problem with my EZWATCH Setup

Recommended Posts

hey guys, i have an ezwatch setup in my office and i have a very strange issue, I have DGA security system and when i close the security system at night when i go home, one of my cameras transmits blue color instead of the live vide feed all other 3 camera work perfectly, so i dont understand, this only happens when i enable the security system every night,

i have a remote viewing app on my iphone and thats what i use to view my cameras from home and like i said , 3 camera transmit fine but 1 camera turns blue just after i go home,

is this an interference issue or something, by the way, the camera that turns blue is the camera in my office where my safe is set up, is that an interference problem or what?

Sounds like its just the camera in Infrared?

Ive seen an Infrared camera that goes blue when the IR kicks in under pitch dark/low light indoors, likely a bad camera or just the way it handles the IR.

oh i see, what can i do to find out what the problem is? should i try to swtich the camera that gives the blue screen in pitch dark when a camera that i know is good from another room to see if the same will happen with a different camera?

if it stil does happen what can i do then?
