Zirong 0 Posted September 2, 2011 Hey guys, We have one of these in our appartment and I have been wondering for a while whether it is a security camera or something else.. like an alarm.. sensor.. or so... Soundy 1 Posted September 3, 2011 It's a PIR motion sensor that turns on the light next to it, simple as that. If the "LUX" label is related to an adjustment, that's probably intended to set a maximum light level where the light will turn on, ie. so it only turns on when it gets dark in the area.
