Gavin 0 Posted September 16, 2011 Hi, I have a AVC760 DVR which has had the password changed by a previous member of staff and we cannot now access the unit. If I carry out a hardware reset will that have any effect on the video that is saved on the DVR. We had a break in this week and now need to pass the footage to the police but obviously can't access it. I don't want to do a reset and loose the video as I am trying to get the password from a few people who may know it although it is a slim chance. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
