bombik 0 Posted September 18, 2011 My AVTECH KDP674ZB-C has firmware version 1010N-1003N-1005N-1002N, which I suspect is outdated. Two questions: 1. What is the best way to contact AVTECH technical support? Preferably email or chat. AVTECH's website only has a phone in Taiwan... 2. Do you know what is the latest firwmare for this DVR and where I can get it? I have seen several links on the web, but I am not sure how compatible various KDP674 are. Bytheway today i have a new firmware for your DVR: ftp://211.75.84.102/Firmware/KPD674B_1013.rar With this new firmware you can setup user account (when you connect to dvr by internet) in the dvr local menu.
