petrol pump/ gas station

Hi, I would be thankful if someone guides me on the situation:

 

There is GAS station of my client with 4 machines (filling machines)

Recently client's employee was robbed. (in my country client stands near to filling machine and collects cash)

 

I want outdoor day/night solution. I tried outdoor 50M, 420 TVL with 12mm lens.

Is it appropriate solutions? or box with lens can work there

 

* if client goes for 420+tvl solution , its is out of budget!

What IS the budget? A 12mm lens may be too tight a shot to cover as much area as you need.

budget is Rs5000 per cam ($111.11) . yeah you are right 12 mm narrows the view. but 8/6 hardly makes the number plate viewable.
