We recently purchased the NM Secure H264 & quite happy with most of the implementation but need a little help regarding the viewing of the system from the internet or iphone. 1. We now "lack authorisation" due to account locked from trying the password & getting it wrong too many times. Does anyone .... know the password? Does anyone know...how to reset the password? Does anyone know.... the phone number to call from the UK to get the password reset? 2. Can anyone explain simply how to set up to view the camera from the internet or from iphone? We find the instructions very confusing & even when the password has been reset, we could do with some online help or how to set up in 5 simple steps. We know our IP address, Port number. Post subject: Re: CnM Secure 4 Channel H.264 DVRPosted: Mon Apr 26, 2010 1:36 pm Try entering the password 000000 (zeros) and seeing if you have more sucess....regardless of if you have set your own password...it still likes to use one and that is default the admin password is 020818 also...yours may be he same?
