rnassar 0 Posted September 25, 2011 Hi, I need to purchase an RF modulator for my CCTV system in my house. I've checked the channelvision E2200IR but it's a little bit expensive (about $200). Can anyone recommend me a good and cheaper solution? Thank you,

Birdman Adam 0 Posted September 27, 2011 If you are really cheap, you can use most VCRs as modulators. Plug your composite source into the a/v input on the VCR, and connect the RF coax output to your TV. Also, the cable/antenna signal goes to the RF input on the VCR. Set VCR to show the a/v input, and tune your TV to channel 3 or 4!
