AV TECH 785

Hello i have a recorder AV TECH AVC785 8CH.

I do not know if I turn to the right address the issue but to try.

 

I can not access the recorder via intranet.Wire are correct and everything is fine.

I have another burner and everything is fine. On the recorder 785 does not exist MENU for configuring your network.

 

Do you have a solution, or can and hardware reset??

I think it's the software, but to be renewed if it is?
