Hi,

 

I bought an Averdigi Nano EH1004H hybrid dvr and basically I was wondering how the IP cameras connect to the unit.

There are 4 BNC connections for analog cameras , also there is a network port, I am wondering do I need to connect the netowrk port to a 4 port router so as to

allow me to connect the IP cameras?

Yes, the connect the network port to a switch so that the cameras can communicate with the NVR.
