harleyal1450 0 Posted October 1, 2011 I have a K-Guard H264 8ch DVR that I purchased in July 2011. I have been trying to back up/download an incident that occured this morning (01-10-2011) at 07-37-00am. I viewed this incident on the VGA monitor and made a note of the exact time and channel. I then had to go out for 3-4 hours and when I tried to search for the incident again to back up/download it all I get is a window that say's "no record file in the channel" I did manage to back up/download part of the incident that occured at 07-45-00am prior to going out but this does not show the start of the incident. Please would you tell me how to find the incident at 07-37-00am and how to back up/download it for evidence. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
