Lost Frames in Live Object Index

Hello,

 

i have the follwing problem with v8.5 of the Geovision software:

 

In Live Object Index, when i move either formard or backwards,

it does not display all the recorded frames, but suddenly jumps

in time ommiting to show several of the already recorded frames.

The card i have is GV-1240 with 16 video channels.

 

Have you any idea how to fix this issue?
