Need updated firmware for G4-XLAHD

I need the latest firmware for the DVR the current version on the dvr is

 

system 2.606.0000.0

Build Date 12-07-2010

Web 2.1.7.29

 

I will really appriicate if someone provide the update

Update would depend on the exact model and number of channels.

Also, if you can find out the exact Dahua model then you could try that.

Base it on U size, Number of supported HDD, and FPS record.

 

However if you dont use the firmware provided from the US reseller you could brick it and Dahua is not responsible, it would require sending back to your reseller to be flashed.

This is the reason Dahua does not list firmware anymore.

 

Before you do any of that, is there a particular reason for the update?

Firmware updates normally fix minor bugs, but if your unit is not experiencing such bugs then it is best to leave it with what came on it.
