Stevenm74 0 Posted November 2, 2011 Hi all, Wanted to know if anyone has an Onssi system with Spectra HD PTZ controled via the client software. We are experiancing a problem controlling the Spectra HD PTZ. For staters the vertical control is much faster than the horizontal control. We also dont have diaganal control. Horizontal and vertical control only, when moveing the control diagnally then which ever is the closest will will be ativated on the camera. These 2 issues are making very hard to control the PTZ. crirvine 0 Posted November 28, 2011 I found onssi very power hungry and very unstable switched the system over to Video Insight and have had no problems. ONNSI ties lic# to mac address you loose a camera pain to swap over the weekend in a mission critical setting. Video Insight you buy cam lic#'s not tied to mac address just delete and remove bad camera put up new one add to system no problems 48 camera system with 5 are Axis ptzs no problem controlling.
