Nick W 0 Posted November 3, 2011 Hi I have this system. I am trying to record but it wont let me. I press the record button on the remote and it takes me to a screen with id/password. Its never been changed but when I go down to login and press enter on the remote, nothing happens. Am I being thick? gb5102 0 Posted November 3, 2011 As far as I can tell from the manual, you move the cursor down to the 'password' field then hit 'Select' button to bring up an on-screen keypad. Then you use up/down/left/right to select each character of the password... CH1 button is UP CH2 is DOWN CH3 is LEFT CH4 is RIGHT Otherwise try plugging in a PS/2 mouse(might have to reboot dvr)...or call the manufacturer Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
