It's not going to make your place more appealing, its going to make your neighbors cctv/security system free place more appealing. and that's the entire goal... i disagree. i think the goal should be to stop it all together, not give the problem to somebody else. That's a nice thought, but how are you going to do that... sneak onto the neighbor's property and install cameras, alarms, steel bars and signs while he's not looking?
