tomcctv 190 Posted November 14, 2011 I find myself getting a shock when touching the BNC connectors, Is this normal ? hi. it depends on what you mean by shock. if it was power related you would also see your cameras jump of the wall or atleast see smoke. you may be one of these people that can feel tiny bits of static build up. you might find it has nothing to do with your dvr/BNC you are taking the static to it. look at floor covering in that area. i.e nylon carpet. or look closer to home and stop wearing nylon boxer shorts Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
