Videosecu 540TVL zoom camera image burn in?

The above camera appears to have image burn in or something else going on. At night camera has been pointed at concrete with pretty strong glare from a night light in one corner of the image. A perfectly round circle has appeared in the image on the picture. The circle covers about 5% of the image. Hoped it was something on glass but not so.

 

Could it be burn in?

Cancel this post. Somehow something had gotten inside the camera and on the lens. Could not clean from outside. Go figure.
