Can't get the Remote access on anykeeper 2006

Hi everyone,

 

Here is my first question.

 

For years already I'm using a dvr program called Anykeeper 2016 and I'm happy with it.

Now I'm trying to set-up remote access, but can't get it working.

 

On my router I have opened up the port 8013 TCP and UDP.

In the program I have clicked on Remote>setup under TCP /IP number I have entered 8013 and in the field Host Ip address I have entered my routers ip address.

Then I have clicked on ok, and it comes up a message "Can not find the Host".

 

Can anyone please help me?
