JPEG2000 DVR view remotely on android phone

I have a JSD-800 JPEG2000 DVR and im tring to view it remotely through my cell phone ive forwarded port 50000 and i can view it through LAN and am trying to use this adroid app iView but doesnt work. Can this DVR even be used to view on my phone?

You must port forward this port in router, by the way make sure you have another port for mobile view in your DVR

if so forward that port too.
