Arecont cameras and Visiowave software 4.4

Hi Guys,

 

I am trying to setup 25 arecont AV2805dn camera's with fw 65197, PSIA compliant, on a GE/UTC Visiowave software platform using a UVN-80 storage device server. I can stream the camera from the web browser fine and set it up in the Visiowave software, however all i get within the VSC, Visiowave Security Center is a black stream with no picture. GE used these cameras with a previous version of visiowave which worked fine.

Anyone else had any previous problems? even the software engineers are confused.....
