Loss of DVR viewing after mac upgrade

Hi, was able to view my dvr on my iPad and iPhone until i updated all three....I cannot view them any more...any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanx, Annie.

Hi. you will need to delete all your viewing apps and then download there latest app.

another problem you might have is your IP. is it static or are you using a ddns service ??

Hi, Am using a dns server, but don't really know much about them, just signed up, could view the cameras on my phone outside my home, until i upgraded everything....now can't view at all....???

hi. first you will need to find out if you can logon to your system away from your network (external ip) to see if its working. ip or port problems
