The license is on a USB key and he has that. I think the guy thought I was asking for Topaz Server. The server is running fine with all 10 ACURT4s connected to it. I need the newer software so that it works under Windows 7, since everybody is switching to Win7. They are making me buy it. I've refused to so far. I shouldnt have to pay for the upgrade. ssmith10pn 0 Posted January 20, 2012 I finally found the CD. We don't do topaz anymore. IF they would make it so an ACURT could be brought into Facility Commander I would be one happy camper. We have 260 reader hospital on Facility Commander. They bought a psych facility that has 48 dual credential readers on Topaz that they would do almost anything (short of replacing everything) to get that facility into their existing Facility Commander system. Employees have to carry 2 badges. One for the Hospital and one for the psych facility. (different format badges) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
