BXS 7016AV DVR 16 channel firmware issue

Hi, at first sorry for my poor english

 

I have a BXS 7016AV stand alone DVR and its firmware is very primitive and simple contrary to what they said in its manual..

80% of the options contained in manual does not exist in reality, no web access, no motion alarm, no motion record, no DDNS, no Email notification, no controllable resolution etc.. and the client viewr software is really very bad and primitive too, its always hang and freeze.

 

since yesterday im still searching on google for a solution or firmware but no result till now, i downloaded and tried tons of client viewers softwares for another dvrs and manufactureres but no one worked or connected to my dvr, also i tried to find a compatible firmware but no help too, even if i found one i don't know how to send it to my dvr because it doesnt contain "upgrade option" on its panel..

 

i released its cover and found those chipsets: "Hi3511RBC", "Silicon image", "Techwell TW2865" the VGA is "Tvia" and the RAM is "Winbond"

 

Now, is there a way to find a compatible firmware and send it via FTP server or something like that ?
